I was born in Ponta Delgada, Island of S. Miguel, but after coming to work in Pico, in 2011, after my retirement, I decided to stay here, because the beauty and energy of the Pico mountain dazzled me… Then in 2012 and to get busy I created a project of Rural Tourism «Casas Alto da Bonança». I am a person, well disposed, cheerful fighter and friend of my friend.

We made the booking on agoust 11 and we recieved an email confirming the booking. We tried to contact the owner by diferent ways (AR webpage and the phone number writen on the profile) and there was no answer. We finally contact the owner by a diferent phone number on internet one they before our booking and he told us he didn't know nothing about our reservation and had everything booked. We had to search another hotel and pay a higher price the day before our trip. I don't recomend neither the webpage or the hotel. AR should check the profiles of the hotels to make sure the clients aren't left in the street.
